Pepperdine Equestrian Campground, located in the Modoc National Forest, offers a serene and mostly shaded environment for horse camping enthusiasts. The campground provides campsites equipped with 12′ X 12′ metal corrals. A short trail connects the campground to the Summit Trail, which leads south into the South Warner Wilderness.
